At Time Cart Jewels, every piece of jewelry is carefully crafted to order, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. As a result, delivery times consist of both the production period and shipping transit time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The estimated processing time for each item is displayed on its respective product page. Please add the processing time to the selected shipping method's transit time to determine the estimated delivery date of your order.

Processing Time

As all jewelry is individually crafted, processing times may vary depending on the design and level of customization.

Standard Jewelry Orders: Typically processed within 6–7 business days.
Custom, Engraved, or Personalized Jewelry: Typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Special Custom Designs: May require additional production time depending on complexity.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery information.

Time Cart Jewels proudly offers international shipping to customers around the globe.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping worldwide on orders over $99 USD.

For customers requiring faster delivery, Express Shipping options are available during checkout.

Signature Requirements

To ensure the security of high-value purchases:

Orders valued at $300 USD or more require an adult signature upon delivery.
Signature requirements cannot be waived, even if a signature waiver has been arranged directly with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses will be sent via Standard Shipping only.

Restricted Countries

At this time, Time Cart Jewels is unable to process orders or transactions destined for:

North Korea
Syria
Iran

Additional shipping restrictions may apply in accordance with international trade regulations and carrier policies.
