Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Time Cart Jewels, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from Time Cart Jewels.

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear.

  • Jewelry must not have been resized, altered, engraved, or modified in any way unless otherwise specified.

  • All original packaging, certificates, tags, and accompanying documentation must be included.

  • Customers are responsible for using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Returns sent without tracking information cannot be processed.

  • Any promotional gifts received with the purchase must be returned along with the item. If not returned, the retail value of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important: Please do not return items to the address listed on the original package. Return shipments sent to an unauthorized address may result in delays or inability to process your request.


Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or resizing services.

Personalized & Engraved Jewelry

Personalized items, including jewelry featuring custom engravings, photographs, names, initials, dates, or other custom modifications, are non-refundable.

If approved for exchange, a 35% restocking fee will apply.

Custom Orders

Custom-made jewelry, special-order items, customized colors, and custom sizes are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Custom sizes that incur an additional customization fee are considered special-order items.

If approved for exchange, a 35% restocking fee will apply.

Worn, Damaged, or Altered Items

Items that:

  • Show signs of wear,

  • Have been damaged after delivery,

  • Have been resized, repaired, or altered by a third party,

  • Are missing original tags or certificates,

are not eligible for refund or exchange and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Replacement & Exchange Items

Products received as replacements or exchanged items are not eligible for refunds.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds may be issued:

  • To the original payment method; or

  • As store credit, based on your preference and eligibility.

Important Refund Information

  • Refunds to the original payment method may require additional authorization from our customer service team.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Even when complimentary or discounted shipping was provided, the actual shipping cost incurred by Time Cart Jewels will not be refunded.


Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund with no cancellation fee.

Between 24 and 48 Hours

Orders canceled between 24 and 48 hours after purchase will incur a 35% restocking and processing fee, even if the order has not yet been shipped.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy, provided the item qualifies.

Custom Orders

All custom-made, personalized, engraved, and special-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once production has begun.
